For surgeon Anar Ibraimova, the “Salamatty Kazakhstan” medical train is a fully equipped operating room. In a compartment of just 4 square meters, she has performed more than 180 minor surgeries over four months.

The project is implemented in cooperation with the National Commission for Women and Family-Demographic Policy under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Samruk-Kazyna Trust Corporate Foundation, and the Ministry of Healthcare.

Each procedure takes only 10–15 minutes, but for residents of remote villages, this assistance is invaluable.

Consultations are provided not only by a surgeon, cardiologist, gynecologist, pediatrician, and urologist, but also by mediators and legal experts.

The medical train has already visited 68 stations across 11 regions, providing free assistance to more than 50,000 people.

This year, it is planned to cover 123 stations and provide medical services to about 90,000 rural residents.
