Inclusive support classrooms have opened in 15 public schools across Aktobe and Semey. Nearly 1,000 children will now be able to receive specialized assistance directly within their educational institutions, according to the Samruk-Kazyna Sovereign Wealth Fund.

Each classroom serves as a dedicated space where children receive comprehensive guidance from defectologists, speech therapists, and psychologists. The facilities also accommodate physical therapy sessions, creative development activities, and social interaction with peers.

The spaces feature designated areas for individual sessions, a pottery workshop, and a physical rehabilitation zone. All areas have been fully furnished with specialized equipment and athletic gear.

Representatives of the group of companies noted that educators and specialized personnel will undergo training in modern inclusive education methodologies throughout the year.

A total of 524 million KZT was allocated toward renovations, equipment, and professional development for specialists. This sum includes 271 million KZT raised during the Charity Samruk Marathon.

Samruk-Kazyna also highlighted that the initiative has been underway since 2024. Since its launch, 46 inclusive support classrooms have been established in Astana, Aktobe, Semey, as well as the Akmola and Atyrau regions, benefitting approximately 3,000 children with special educational needs.
