The Compliance Officer performs their duties independently from the executive body and officials of the Corporate Fund “Samruk-Kazyna Trust”, reports directly to the Board of Trustees, and acts independently in ensuring compliance with the anti-corruption legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The responsibilities of the Compliance Officer include ensuring the implementation of tools for the prevention of corruption offenses by the Corporate Fund “Samruk-Kazyna Trust” and its employees; effective implementation of anti-corruption measures; and ensuring compliance with external regulatory requirements and international best practices in anti-corruption.
